Chief Virtual Officer Group Coaching Launches April 2010!

In a recent survey, we asked which virtual assistants would prefer—individual or group business coaching? Out of the 77 virtual assistants who replied, 67.5% chose group coaching over individual coaching.

This coaching is designed to help you grow your business. It's not skills training but business coaching. We'd be happy to put you in contact with a skills training program if that's what you need.

We have arranged for twice monthly calls lasting 60-90 minutes, depending on the amount of participation. A particular topic will be addressed on each call with plenty of time for all your questions to be answered. We ask that you send in questions ahead of time to allow us to review and prepare appropriate information to respond. However, during the call if you have a question, we will be happy to address your questions. There is also a Members Only Forum area where you can ask questions of your coaches and fellow VAs.

"I participated in the Virtual Assistant Group Coaching call and it was well worth the 60 minutes. I was able to ask questions till I had no more questions to ask. If you have a chance to join one of their coaching conference calls, I highly recommend it. Thanks Sue and Joel."

Benefits:

Group coaching was preferred by many because they appreciated the opportunity to bounce ideas off a group of people. Particularly since virtual assistants usually work alone, they like being able to feel like they are part of a team in a group coaching environment. In a group setting, there may be questions and scenarios brought up by others in the group that an individual had not thought of asking. Most also felt the group coaching choice was more cost effective. In a group there is the value of learning from peers in addition to the coach.

Our Unique Value

At Chief Virtual Officer we believe that our blend of virtual assistant and coaching skills, business knowledge and marketing savvy is unique. Our success depends on your success, but even more, we know that we are uniquely qualified to help you create that success. We share more than 50 years of experience working with small businesses and love teaching others how they can have the deep satisfaction they get from their work and the life it allows us.

Here's something you should know: we don't take every client who comes to us. We have a limited amount of time and this is only part of what we do (besides coaching virtual assistants, we do web development, write business books and coach small business owners in marketing, including writing their own book as a marketing tool.)

Perhaps after reviewing your coaching options, you'd like to apply for a position as one of our clients!
